Andrew co-founded Garibaldi Capital Advisors in 2012 together with Brent Holliday and Paul Kedrosky.

Andrew has done his tour in the trenches: 15 years operating on the inside of both large and small technology companies; building, engineering, and managing technology products and services from concept to revenue. His career began in pure engineering: a stint coding DSP algorithms and real time frameworks for the earliest VoIP systems. He then transitioned to product leadership for a decade, spending time in silicon and telecom OEM product line management. He did extensive work in product portfolio pricing analysis, and formalized the wider skillset by earning the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. That lent itself to a transition to pure corporate finance: advising growth stage technology companies through analysis, modeling, financial strategy, and corporate development.
