Brady Fletcher

A computer engineer by background, Brady has spent the better part of the last 10 years in the capital markets, most recently with Chrysalix Energy Venture Capital providing “in house” investment banking services to their portfolio of cleantech investments.

Brady started his investment banking career with Canaccord Genuity before moving to run Byron Capital Markets’ Vancouver office in 2011. He has worked extensively with private and public clients, executing financings, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic review mandates. Brady’s depth of transactional experience includes almost half a billion dollars in financings and M&A for a broad range of clients – including resource, industrial, technology, biotech and cleantech companies.

Brady has also served on the board of a number of public companies, assisting with business planning, M&A, and strategic initiatives.
